AUDREY MACLEAN is a New England-based dance/performance artist. Since graduating from Connecticut College, Audrey has had the pleasure of performing throughout the Northeast in work by a number of artists including: Jimena Bermejo, Peter DiMuro, Morgan Griffin/griffindance, Heidi Henderson, Kimberleigh Holman, Grant Jacoby, Annie Kloppenberg, Betsy Miller, Ruckus Dance, and shovegentlydance.

Audrey's choreographic work has been presented through Green Street Studio's New Works program, The Dance Complex's aMaSSiT program, as part of DanceNOW Boston at ART's Oberon, in DanceNOW NYC’s Fall On Demand Program in 2021, and at a number of New England theaters and festivals. Audrey’s work has also been featured by CPTV's Spotlight on the Arts.

Audrey was named one of the Boston Center for the Art’s Dancemakers Laboratory Resident Artists for the 2022-2023 Season. You can learn more about that work-in-progress here.

Aside from her choreographic pursuits, Audrey has served in administrative roles for The Dance Complex, Green Street Studios, and Moving Target Boston. In the spring of 2016 she co-produced and curated an evening of short dance/performance work titled “Dance Shorts” which brought together eight Boston-area choreographers. She is also a founding member of Boston-area dance collaborative The Click.

Audrey has also taught technique and composition classes at both the professional and pre-professional level at: Berklee College of Music, The Dance Complex, Développé (Sudbury, MA), The Foundry (Cambridge, MA), Moving Target Portland, Moving Target Boston, Rising Tide Charter School, and Winchester Dance Academy.
